Leslie Howard Larocque was born on 27 March 1948.

On 27 November 1968, Warrant Officer Leslie Howard Larocque was serving with 118th Assault Helicopter Company, 145th Aviation Battalion, 12th Aviation Group, 1st Aviation Brigade, in Tay Ninh Province, South Vietnam.

On that day, WO Larocque was killed in action when the helicopter he was flying crashed due to hostile action. His body was recovered.
