James Michael Kozlowski

James Michael Kozlowski was born on 12 June 1949.

On 25 August 1970, Specialist Four James Michael Kozlowski was serving with 6th Battalion, 31st Infantry Regiment, 9th Infantry Division, in Hua Nghia Province, South Vietnam.

On that day, SP4 Kozlowski was killed in action when he sustained wounds from an explosive device. His body was recovered.
