David Michael Horn

David Michael Horn was born on 3 August 1947.

On 12 July 1967, Private First Class David Michael Horn was serving with B Company, 1st Battalion, 12th Infantry, 4th Infantry Division, in Pleiku Province, South Vietnam.

On that day, PFC Horn was killed in action when he sustained wounds from small arms fire. His body was recovered.
