Gene Paul Fussey
Specialist Four, U.S. Army

Gene Paul Fussey was born on 26 February 1949.

On 6 October 1969, Specialist Four Gene Paul Fussey was serving with 3rd Platoon, Company C, 2nd Battalion, 5th Cavalry, 1st Cavalry Division, in Tay Ninh Province, South Vietnam.

On that day, SPC4 Fussey was killed in action when he sustained wounds from small arms fire. His body was recovered.
