George Howard Frazee, Jr. was born on 3 September 1942.

On 28 May 1965, Sergeant George Howard Frazee, Jr. was serving with the 118th Assault Helicopter Company, 145th Aviation Battalion, Military Assistance Command, Vietnam, in Bien Hoa Province, South Vietnam.

On that day, SGT Frazee died when the helicopter on which he was a crew member crashed as the result of a non-hostile action. His body was recovered.
